byline.pub is in beta and support is handled by hand. Anything that needs a private answer comes straight to byline. Ideas and feature requests go on the public board, where they collect votes. Pick the card below that matches what you have.
A flow that breaks, throws an error, or loses your work is a bug, so send it here with the page and what you expected to happen. If it works but you think it should work differently, that is a request, and the feedback board is where it collects votes.
Contact bylineInclude your handle, the page where sign-in failed, and the exact error shown by byline.pub or your PDS.
Contact bylineIf your author application needs a second look, include your handle, author site, and the publishing name readers know.
View applicationSend the public URL, your handle, and what looks wrong. byline.pub may need you to edit the source record from your account.
Open dashboardAccount settings can remove byline.pub records from your PDS and clear local index state. Get in touch if the public directory still shows stale data, or if you want something byline holds about you removed.
Open settingsThis route is private, so it is the right place for one. Send enough detail to reproduce the issue, and avoid including credentials, app passwords, or private keys.
Contact bylineAnything you want byline to build or change goes on the public board, where other authors can vote on it and you can read what is already queued.

Product ideas and polish requests are better on the board. Posting one there means other authors can vote on it, and you can see where it sits without asking.
